No Refunds Policy

All projects require 100% payment upfront before work starts. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is received, including for cancellations, changes of mind, dissatisfaction, or project termination.

No Returns

As services deliver custom digital files (e.g., logos, graphics), there are no physical items to return. Deliverables are final upon completion and client approval.​

Exceptions
Refunds or credits are never offered, even for technical issues on our end—we’ll resolve by re-delivering files. Client delays or incomplete briefs don’t qualify for exceptions.

Revisions Process

Projects include 2-3 revision rounds as quoted. Extra revisions beyond this are charged hourly. Final approval locks the design—no further changes without new project fees.​
